• b) Contest Entry: To participate, the Participants must, during the Contest Period: Participants will have to purchase products under the subcategory "Mobile Accessories" on Snapdeal.com and/or Snapdeal Mobile App with a minimum check out Cart value of Rs. 750
• c) At the end of the Contest Period, amongst all Participants fulfil the requirements under Section 2(b) and 2(c) above and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, 50 Participant will be selected by a random draw of lots to answer the Contest question.
• d) Upon answering the Contest question correctly within the time period communicated by Snapdeal, the selected Participant stands a chance to win a Prize
• e) Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify the Participants immediately from the Contest if Participants have supplied untruthful, inaccurate or misleading details and/or information, of any nature and/or have failed to abide by and/or are in breach of the Terms and Condition herein.

• a)Out of all eligible Contest Entries as per Section 2(b) and 2(c) above, received from the Participants during the Contest Period and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, 1 Participant shall be selected by Sponsor on a random basis every hour during the period of the contest.
• b) Sponsor or its authorised representative shall call such Participant on the mobile number, provided by the Participant at the time of registration, and shall ask a question related to Snapdeal. On providing the correct answer to the question such Participant shall be declared as the "Winner".
• c) In the event the shortlisted Participants number is busy, unreachable, or he/she does not attend the call, three (3) more attempts will be made to reach the Participant on that day and/or the next day. If even on the third attempt, the Participant does not attend the call, or is unreachable, the Participants participation in the Contest comes to an end and the Participants entry stands cancelled and Participant becomes ineligible to receive the Prize. In such an event, another Participant will be shortlisted by Sponsor.
• d) Upon being declared a Winner, confirmation of Name, Address and Address of Prize dispatch will be requested from the Winner. The Winner has to share the requested details from both his/her (i) Email ID associated with the registered account on Snapdeal; and (ii) mobile number associated with the registered account on Snapdeal. These requested details shared hereinabove have to be same. Further, the mobile number or Email Address associated with the registered account on Snapdeal cannot be changed during the Contest Period.
• e) All decisions of Sponsor in respect of the Contest and the Prizes therein will be final and binding.
• a) Subject to submission of documents mentioned in the clause 5 (b) by the Winner, the Sponsor shall provide the Winner a "Promo Code" which can be used on Snapdeal to acquire the Prize which the Winner has won using the Email ID associated with the registered account. The Promo Code can only be used once by the Winner.
• b) The Winner should provide the following documents to Sponsor/Jasper (the document list is only indicative and not exhaustive and Sponsor shall be entitled to request the Participant to produce such other document/s as it may deem fit to its sole and absolute satisfaction): Identity Proof Address Proof PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Indian passport. A PAN card copy is mandatory for prizes worth INR 10,000 or more Signed copy of these Terms and Conditions
• c) Any and all the costs and expenses for receiving the Prize shall be borne solely by the Winner and Sponsor/Jasper shall not entertain any claim, whatsoever. Apart from the above-mentioned Contest Prize/s, nothing else will be provided to the Contest Winners
• a) The Participants agree and permit Jasper and Sponsor to use their name, image, likeness, any other personal detail provided and publish their details in any medium to promote/advertise the contents or any other promotions, contents etc. which may be run by Snapdeal.
• b) At the request of Jasper and/or Sponsor, the Winner shall participate in all activities relating to the Contest surrounding the winning of the Prize, free of charge including participating in any photography/videography session, interviews etc., and they consent to Jasper and/or Sponsor using the name and image in promotional material. The Participant and the Winner agree that the footage of any nature in this regard shall vest with Jasper, including but not limited to all intellectual property rights and any other rights for worldwide and in perpetuity.
• c) If a Participant is dissatisfied with the Contest or the Contest rules and/or any content or any requirements of the Contest form, the materials available related thereto, or with these Terms and Conditions, his/her sole and exclusive remedy is to not participate in the Contest. The Participants are free to opt out of the Contest at any point in time with notice to Jasper and/or Sponsor.
• d) Jasper will have the right to use any personal information provided by a Participant, in accordance with its Privacy Policy as available on the Website and these Terms and Conditions, for the purposes of its business and for marketing purposes
• e) Jasper and Sponsor shall not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by the Participants while participating in the Contest
• f) Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Participant/Winner if it has reasonable grounds to believe the Participant/Winner has breached any of these Terms and Conditions. In the event that any Winner is disqualified from the Contest, Sponsor, may in its sole discretion decide on an alternate Participant for the Contest question. In this event, any such alternate Participant may be selected on the same criteria as the original Participant in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• g) Upon being provided the Prize to the Winner as per these Terms and Conditions, no further liability shall be held against Jasper and/or Sponsor its affiliates and their respective director, officers, employees or agents.
• h) The Winner shall be liable to bear any tax which may liable to be paid in respect of the Prize. Jasper and/or Sponsor shall not be liable for payment of any tax on the Prize.
• i) These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Courts of New Delhi.
• j) The Prize cannot be exchanged, and is not transferable and cannot be converted into cash.
• k) The decision of Jasper and/or Sponsor shall be final in all regards and no communication shall be entertained in this regard. None of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to constitute a partnership or agency between any Participant and Jasper and/or Sponsor and the Participant shall not have the authority to bind Jasper and/or Sponsor in any manner whatsoever.
• l) Jasper and/or Sponsor shall not be liable to perform any of its/their respective obligations hereunder or in respect of the Prize where it is unable to do so as a result of circumstances beyond its/their control in the nature of fire, explosions, natural calamities, state emergency, riots, or any other Force Majeure condition, etc., and shall not be liable to compensate the Participant in these circumstances. Jasper and/or Sponsor shall not be accountable/liable for any disruptions/stoppages/interruptions or cancellation of the Contest due to any government restrictions.
• m) Failure to exercise or delay in exercising a right or remedy provided hereunder or by law does not constitute a waiver of the right or remedy or waiver of other rights or remedies on the part of Jasper and/or Sponsor.
• n) To the maximum extent permitted under law, the Participant to this Contest releases and forever discharges Jasper and/or Sponsor and agrees to indemnify Jasper and/or Sponsor, its director, officers, employees or agents from any losses, damages, actions, claims, demands of any sort whatsoever arising from or related to this Contest.
• o) Any attempt by a Participant to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Snapdeal App and/or Website is a violation of Criminal and Civil Laws and should such an attempt be made, Jasper reserves the right to seek damages from any such participants to the fullest extent as permitted by law.
