Terms and Conditions for Discount on LeEco
Mobile Devices

Offer:

Extra 10% Off (Maximum Discount ofINR2000) during the Offer Period on purchase of LeEco mobile devices using
a valid Card on the Platform (hereinafter referred to as Offer).

Cardholders residing in India with valid Credit/Debit cards issued in India (hereinafter referred to as
Card) by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Diners, Rupay are eligible to participate in this Offer.

The Offer is available on 19th September, 2016 from 00:01 hours till 23:59 hours (Offer Period).

The discount will be calculated on the cart amount of the Offer.

The Offer is valid on a maximum of one transaction per Card.

Discount under this Offer shall not be settled with cash in lieu by Flipkart, Seller or Brand.

Exclusions to the Offer:

The Offer shall not be applicable:
1. On Netbanking transactions
2. On Co-branded Stores
3. Upon You availing theEMIoption.
4. On any item in the cart outside the Offer
5. For Card-on-delivery transactions
6. On Gift Wrap or premium delivery charges.
7. In case of partial payments using a payment mode other than a Card

Other Terms and Conditions:

1. Brand, Seller and Flipkart reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any
reason whatsoever, to modify wholly or in Part any or all of these terms and conditions. Flipkart or Brand also reserve the right to extend or withdraw this Offer altogether.
2. The above Offer is shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the card member agreement.
3. Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained only till 20-November-2016.
4. Flipkart will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of such products.

8. You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Flipkart harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs,
expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this Policy by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on Your part.
9. This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence
and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this Policy.

Brand, seller and
